working on some positive daily rituals

monday i joined iVillage's six-week "Mind-Body Challenge", which seemed overwhelming at first, but has been enjoyable so far. Today's assignment included coming up with three goals to work on for the remaining five weeks:

Here's my entry:

came up with two strong goals, one I’m still pondering:

1) Reduce stress:
Utilizing a variety of techniques.

2) Improve mental capabilities:
This includes strengthening my mental capabilities, memory and allowing creativity to flow more easily. This goal encompasses what I do at work and at home.

3) Nurture my relationships with my husband and friends:
My husband are doing fine for the most part. My friendships have been neglected since my Mom got sick three years ago.

Continuing to practice the “Happiness Manifesto” can help foster these goals.
